Sometimes the phone's operating system prevents Informer service from working properly causing the absence of notifications on your watch. In order to preserve the battery life Huawei brings extra features to Android which we have to take into consideration.

Open the system Settings on your phone. Then navigate to Battery section.

From Battery page go to App launch:

You need to turn Informer.Wear app into "Manage manually" mode by disabling the switch as shown below. Thus Informer service will keep running in background protected from being stopped to conserve battery.
